Where do you ship? How long does it take?
Shipping in the USA
All orders ship the same or next business day (it's fast!). Pre-Orders will ship out by date listed on the item.
USA Orders ship either USPS Priority Mail (taking 1-3 business days) or FedEx Ground (1-5 business days).
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Canada So sorry, we are no longer shipping to Canada.

Do you ship outside the USA?

I'm sending this as a gift, may I add a gift note and make sure pricing is not included?
Yes! Add a gift note right from the shopping cart that will be printed for the recipient. The price you pay for the item is not included on the packing slip in the shipment - perfect for gifting!
What is your Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy?
Flexible and easy!
Orders may be returned (unwashed) for a full refund within 60 days, or exchanged for another item. Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer. I'm having trouble entering a Promo Code, help!
On mobile, click "Show Order Summary" which is a text link on the first page of the check out. By clicking that, a little drop down will open where you can enter the Promo Discount Code. On desktop, it will be to the right-hand side of where you enter the shipping info.
I'm trying to find out the status of my order?
For an update on your order, you can follow the link in your order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email to track your shipment. If you placed an order and didn't receive an email, first check your spam. Second, it's possible you entered your email with a typo so you didn't get any confirmations. Just email us at support@seatailshop.com and we can look it up for you and get you what you need. We reply fast!

Can I place a custom order, for a special color or size?

What are your blanket sizes?
Women's blankets Knit blankets fit up to a women's US size 12, the length is 5ft.
Children's blankets fit 4-12 year olds, up to a children's size 12, the length is about 4.5ft.

How do I care for my mermaid tail blanket?
The Kids minky soft tails can be machine washed and dried. They are made of 100% polyester, which is that super soft buttery stuff you can't get out of.
The Knit tails are very delicate and require hand washing or dry cleaning. Do not machine wash or dry. Lay flat to dry, do not wring out, and do not hang dry (it might stretch it out). They are made of cotton yarn with one thread of polyester that holds the sequins, and have a polyester satin liner.
Do you sell the pattern for your knit mermaid tail blanket?
So sorry, I am not selling the pattern for the knit style blanket.
My Package was marked as 'Delivered' but I didn't get it
If your package was marked as delivered but you can't find it, check with your local carrier using your tracking number to verify the correct delivery of your package and get any other extra information. If you are out of luck, contact us at support@seatailshop.com so we can help.
